Measles

There has been a recent outbreak within the area. Measles symptoms begin to show 7-14 days after contact with the virus. Some symptoms to look out for include high fever, cough, runny nose, and red/watery eyes. Tiny white spots may appear in the mouth 2-3 days after symptoms begin, then a rash can appear on the body 3-5 days after symptoms begin. 


The MMR vaccine is the most effective way to prevent Measles.
